Nitesh is an excellent tour and travel planner. My supervisor was coming from Israel to visit a conference in India. He wanted to visit the Taj Mahal and visit Delhi in his short stay. Since it was his first trip to India I wanted to ensure that it’s memorable. I knew that travelling in India is a bit difficult. Various factors like language, region, touts make life difficult for tourists.
I wanted someone whom I can trust so that my supervisor Rami had a memorable tour of India. I started searching on Google to find reviews and I found Nitesh. Nitesh had excellent reviews for a travel agency and everybody was very happy with his service (based on the reviews). I called up Nitesh and enquired about the package after giving his details and the requirements. Nitesh is very knowledgeable and has all the information about a range of hotels and the places to visit. The best thing is that he knows what are the requirements of a foreign Traveller are, and arranges the hotels and itinerary properly.
Nitesh handles all types of requests: from a normal hotel to a luxury one – 5 star or 7 star. He even has a good communication with the managers and the top management of each of these hotels. So in case we have a specific requirement just say it to Nitesh, it will be done. Nitesh won’t give you false assurance if he cannot make it or appears infeasible. The best part is that Nitesh is always available at service 24 * 7.
So when my supervisor landed in Delhi after completing conference, the pickup from Delhi Airport to Agra Mathura Vrindavan back to New Delhi, covering the local sightseeing at these places arrangement of tickets, hotels options and finally dropping to the New Delhi International airport, was managed accurately by Nitesh.
I have no words to describe Nitesh ‘s service and the peace of mind he has given to me. You can trust Nitesh for the quality of service and the value of money. It’s been first time in my life that I contacted just one travel agent. Usually I call 4-5 agents and then do a price comparison. But Nitesh who was my first agent I got through Google, and when I contacted him, it felt a like a friend, with virtues of honesty and service in his voice.
He was very passionate to serve. He wanted that the itinerary should be such that it is not hectic and at the same time very comfortable. Whatever he could do he does his best. Also his drivers are excellent. Nitesh also ensures that all his drivers were very courteous and did not have any vices like the pan masala or smoking etc.
My supervisor was so pleased with the entire tour that it made his Indian trip so memorable and all thanks to Nitesh for the same. To be very frank, Nitesh’s service charge may appear a bit expensive, but for the quality for a service, the way he talks the way he arranges the entire tour it’s really reasonable. I can say one thing if you are planning a tour anywhere in India/abroad, just contact Nitesh and then just take a piece of mind after that. My supervisor’s arrangements were in the five star hotels and he was pretty much impressed with the arrangements, the Taj Mahal ticketing the tour the food and everything. He even got to ride the cycle rickshaw and local sightseeing in New Delhi.
